Garrett T-25

This is the smallest turbo listed here. It's factory equipment on the 2G (95-99) Eclipse and Talon turbos. It spins up almost from idle, and makes for good low-end torque on the 2G cars. It has a hard time making more than about 10psi of turbo boost above 5500 rpms.

If you use a mechanical boost controller to try to get more boost at high rpms, you may eventually ruin the bearings from running it faster than its design parameters allow.

Maximum horsepower for a motor equipped with this turbo is about 250.
