Tim Neil's '97 GS-T

Tim's Eclipse is garaged in Windsor, Ontario Canda. It sports 18" Primax rims and lots of other less-obvious mods. Mitsubishi didn't enter the Canadian market until 2002, so Tim had to import his Eclipse from the U.S.!
