Mitsubishi Manifold Stud & Nut Kit DSM

The 4G63 turbo exhaust manifold has an incredible ability to break manifold studs. It's very common to find several studs popped after you remove the manifold. Sunday afternoon is not the time to go to your local dealer; have new studs on hand! This kit includes all the studs, nuts, and washers to replace all the old worn out or broken studs that hold your turbo exhaust manifold to the head.

Note: This kit contains the proper pieces for all years of turbo DSM. You will end up with some extras depending on the year of your head.

We use EVO VIII copper lock nuts on the 8mm studs. These nuts have a slightly different design that will make removal in the future easier as they shouldn't bind to the 8mm studs like the original DSM ones.

Fits all turbo 1990-1999 DSM (Eclipse/Talon/Laser) cars.
