The TurboXS RFL is made for one thing: NOISE! (RFL stands for "Real...Loud".) Precision machined from billet aluminum and brass, the RFL features a horn outlet that projects and amplifies the bypass noise -- this valve is loud enough to scare pedestrians. Like the TurboXS BOV, this valve is designed NOT to return air back to the intake, but vents completely to atmosphere.
Spring tension is adjustable using the included preload washers to fine-tune the BOV pressure. Kit includes adapter hardware for your Lancer Evo, including a plug for the factory intake pipe.
